How much does delivery cost?
Here at MoorPets we use a weight based shipping system which means you only pay shipping costs on the items you purchased. We’ve found our customers really appreciate paying a smaller shipping fee and having it scale based on their order.

What is your returns policy?
MoorPets will replace faulty goods or issue a credit for any returned items. However, we cannot replace any food products that have been opened. So if you discover an issue please contact us either by email or phone as soon as possible.

How do I return a purchase?
Call us first to get a returns number and then post the goods to MoorPets, 24 Holman Road, Liskeard, PL14 3UT marked as returned items.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
Any damage should be notified to Moor Pets within 24 hours of receipt, please do not open the item or attempt to use a product you’re unhappy with as this will void your refund. Please send photographic evidence to mike@moorpets.co.uk so we can verify the claim. During the delivery process if you ask us to leave your parcel in a “safe location” we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss.

What if I need help deciding what to buy?
Email us on mike@moorpets.co.uk. We are very knowledgeable about our products and have been providing retail pet services for over 30 years. We are happy to suggest products or answer any questions.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel orders that have not yet been accepted or dispatched by emailing us at mike@moorpets.co.uk clearly stating your order number.
